Privacy Policy

Tortle (the “Service”) is a set of web mini games that works without sign-up or login. The Service does not directly collect information that identifies you, and only processes the information below for visit statistics.

1. Information we process and why

Visit statistics (Google Analytics): pages visited, time spent, scrolling, whether a game was started or finished along with the game type and number of players, device and browser type, approximate location (city level), referral source, and a random identifier created for each browser (cookie). We use this only to learn which games are popular and to improve the Service.

What you enter in games: player names, penalty or prize text and images uploaded to Card Draw are used only inside your device (browser) and are never sent to a server. They are not included in the statistics either.

Access logs: Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may process access logs such as IP addresses under its own policies for security and troubleshooting.

2. Information stored on your device

Your sound setting and images uploaded to Card Draw stay in your browser storage (localStorage) for your next visit. This data is never sent to a server, and you can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

3. Retention and deletion

User- and event-level data kept in Google Analytics is deleted automatically 2 months after collection. The Service does not keep any other user information.

4. Processors and international transfers

To run the Service, we rely on the companies below, and the information may be stored on servers outside your country.

  • Google LLC (USA): visit statistics. The visit statistics in section 1 are sent over the internet each time you view the site.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): site delivery and security. Processes access logs.

The Service does not share user information with any other third party.

5. How to opt out of cookies

If you block cookies in your browser settings, you will not be included in the visit statistics and can still use the Service. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google processes data.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information. Since the Service holds no information that identifies you, you can stop the collection of statistics using the methods in section 5. Please send any other request to the contact below.

7. Contact

Please send privacy questions and complaints to mapsy.studio@gmail.com. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country.

8. Changes

This policy applies from October 12, 2026. If it changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the effective date.
