About this game
Set the players and result slots, a random ladder appears, and tapping a name draws that player's path to the bottom. You can hide the slots and reveal them one at a time. Popular for deciding who buys coffee, who cleans and who goes first.
How to play
- Enter the players' names and write a penalty or prize in each slot.
- Press Build ladder to place the rungs at random.
- Tap names one by one, or press Start all to see every result.

- From 2 to 10 players, and each result slot can have its own text.
- Is it really fair?
- The result is fixed the moment you press start, using your browser's cryptographic random numbers. The animation only reveals it. Nobody can pick or change the outcome.
- Do I need to sign up or install anything?
- No. It's free, and the names and penalties you type stay on this device. Nothing is sent to a server.
